Here’s everything you need to know about how we manage the deliveries and returns of FlyGA products.

 

Deliveries

All of our deliveries are processed by Amazon — whether you purchase via the FlyGA site, or not.

Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £20 and usually takes around 3 working days. If you need your product(s) faster, then you can upgrade your delivery method at Amazon upon making your purchase, or in the checkout of this site.

Note that if you’re already an Amazon Prime customer then you can expect to receive your products the following day!

 

Returns Policy

If you buy through Amazon, FlyGA products are subject to the standard returns policy and seller guidelines. This means you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Learn more here.

In summary, Amazon will refund your return costs, up to their standard delivery option cost, if:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a defective item, or

Please note that if you have obviously used the items, then a return will not be accepted by Amazon.

If you buy through this site and you’d like to make a return, simply email us on sales@fly-ga.co.uk with the details of your order and we’ll assist you through the process.

Tip: we highly recommend that before you use your FlyGA products, you test them from within the packaging, and then exchange/return them if necessary.
